Asperger syndrome is part of what is called Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), and has sometimes been defined as a highly functional form of autism.

People who suffer from it are often characterized by fluent language and average or above average intelligence.

Even, having strong analytical skills and a fairly prolonged ability to concentrate, they can perform very well in technological work.

However, they also often have difficulty communicating with others, bringing with them serious consequences when socializing and trying to establish relationships.
