En eigenlijk heel eenvoudig klaar te maken.
Asperges koken in ligt gezouten water.
Origineel recept was met geklaarde boter, maar ik had een hoeveboter in huis, dus heb ik een klontje gewone boter met kokosolie laten smelten, daar 4 hardgekookte eitjes pletten en bij de boter doen. Origineel moet er dan gehakte peterselie in, maar dat lust ik niet, dus heb ik een paar blaadjes daslook met wat sprietjes bieslook. Kruiden met peper, zout en muskaatnoot.
