One month without alcohol and almost vegan on the clock. Feelibly better balanced, even visibly. Training work slowly but surely increased in size, diversity and load. One goal - in 211 days. The #marathon from Lisbon. Impossible is nothing.

Today we left well in time for the #Parkrun and with three as a warm-up at the starting line. Probably because of tomorrow's CPC, an extreme number of participants who had dressed up in recognizable color shirts in groups. Today's numbers are fourfold compared to last week and the atmosphere was also good. Because of farmers' protests instead of two larger three smaller laps, but a change of route makes life.

Put away a nice time under a springy sun at an average pace of 5'02 at almost 11K back home - getting ready for the gym, work doesn't start until three.

Somewhere I walked by myself during the eleven; my app shows when I got home that my fastest mile was run. Feeling satisfied, I walk to the gym for a 10K bike, some reps for arms, shoulders and upper back and 3K rowing. Then I went home for a shower and breakfast.

During the croissants with jam and hot tea, the digital results of my Parkrun come in. A new PR. Nice bonus, on a Saturday morning. 24'29 out of five.
