Bali: Cooking Workshop
In my blog yesterday, you can read that we went to the local market for ingredients.
The next step was learning how to cook with it.
We all got an apron and gloves.
The ingredients brought were placed on the table in bowls.
Our Balinese chefs put us to work.
We each got a task.
A woman showed us how to prepare packages in banana leaves.
Meanwhile, others had mixed fish with vegetables and herbs. They went on a satay stick that was placed on the barbecue.
