Banana Pie with Ground Beef

My dear friends yoors here like you a Jewish recipe that I like very much and is very easy to make .

ingredients

Fill

• ½ chopped onion

• 3 crushed garlic

• 500 grams of ground beef

• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander

• ½ cups olives

• 1 cup tomato puree

• 1 teaspoon oregano

• 1 teaspoon cumin

• Salt and pepper to taste

Banana mix

• 6 ripe bananas

• 1 egg

• 3 tablespoons of oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

• To prepare the filling sauté in a pot with oil the onion and garlic, add the meat, coriander, olives and tomato puree

• Season with oregano, cumin, salt and pepper, reserve

• Peel the bananas and place in a pot of water, cook until they soften about 15 minutes

• Remove the bananas from the water and form a puree, add the egg, oil, salt and pepper

• In a greased mold place half of the banana mixture, then the meat and finish with the other half bananas

• Varnish with oil

• Bake at 350° for approximately 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.

Then serve it and date a taste!!!
