It means you don't think you're good enough. Not good.
Not accepting the “disease “you have.

Athletes also want to get better, they don't think themselves good enough.

What if I say you're all good for the way you are, that this moment is totally okay as it is.
You don't have to get better than who you are, all you have to do is accept Yourself in all aspects of being you.
I call it to be your own best friend.
It is a way to healing, to softness, to loving who you are unconditionally.
