Beautiful Curls...

Sometimes something extraordinary happens one day—a moment that touches, inspires, or simply brings a smile to your face. It's those moments that remind you why you do what you do, why people mean so much, and how small gestures or big insights can make a difference.

Today I want to share something from my day with you. It's about admiration, authenticity, and the strength of someone who dares to be who she really is.

And that includes a poem inspired by a special moment “just like that” in the workplace and I'll call it:

BEAUTIFUL CURLS

Today, you knew something to reveal to me.
Under your 'wild' hair, beautiful curls are apparently hiding.
You now wear them freely, like a banner so pure.
A symbol of yourself, of your own nature.
No masks, no shame, no more fights to see.
Your true me, and I'll give you a ten.

Don't just lure, life isn't a game.
They tell your story, full of power and yes, yes, like a real rebel.
I see you fighting even though you don't say it.
Against a world that sometimes doesn't see your value.

Yet you stand, with fire in your eyes!
Your strength and your being moved me.
Your curls, they dance, they catch the light.
A reflection of you, like a living poem.

As pure and as free as you are allowed to be!
A work of art of power, with a soul so fine.
Be who you are, as you do now.
You are a woman who meets her own ways.

I look at you with admiration and yes, with some pride.
You are beautiful, of course because of your beautiful curls, but you are my colleague and you stand like a rock.
Old-fashioned sisters, that's what I call your species these days.
They go the extra mile, but if it's still seen, will it still be heard?

Well, with this one. YES, CERTAINLY!

You are being seen, although earthly eyes will fail many times.
After all, not everything can be paid out in full light!
But in the spiritual, yes, especially there is your face.
Your strength, perseverance and love are your light.

Sometimes a step, sometimes a fight.
But never forget this: “You really are a very sweet, beautiful girl”.

I want you a place where your being can be complete!
A forever home, pure and nice.
So when the world sometimes doesn't look or hear.
Then know that your vote belongs to a bigger plan!
A sister, a rock, a beacon of loyalty!
Mercy everywhere, your warmth drives away the cold for many.
Let your curls dance, they are now like a sign of hope for me.
The fact that our true nature will never disappear, after all, is nowhere to buy.

We do have to watch out for ourselves, and that's why I thank you today.
Because without you knowing it, you answered a tough question for me.
