Deze week op mn socials, wederom een vlinder uit de pop en n boodschap ...

Lately I’ve been thinking much more about the power of personal transformation. Often through hardship …. but that’s the beauty of life, we’re not meant to stay the same.

I remember so many days being overwhelmed by the reality of being a mom, a profesional and being myself … the Trinity of Peggy.

Fast forward, and here I am. Transformed into a confident mom, and even more confident Peggy. Knowing my worth, discovering my life’s vision and setting my boundaries.

As we start the second month of this new year, want you to believe in your own transformation. Believe in your beauty, believe in your wings … emerge and let yourself fly 🦋

Wow, how wonderful. My practice for loss and grief counseling is called Van Rups tot Vlinder, the metaphor of the butterfly. My mission is to help young people who have experienced too much as a caterpillar and therefore crawl into their cocoon to fly out like the powerful butterfly that they actually are.
