I walked in Apeldoorn in the woods near Paleis't Loo te - Yes. When I turned around, I saw this huge duo-mushroom soaked with red juice. It looked like raspberry juice. It was so full of juice that you saw the juice leaking down. I haven't seen this species before, but it was beautiful. Very thick also of meat structure. I took some pictures and decided to look up at home which fungus this could be.
There are some pictures that I made first.

Beefsteak agaric - Fistulina hepatica
A beautiful, annual mushroom that is common at the foot of old trees and on stumps.
The meat is quite thick in structure. It could be about five centimeters thick. In terms of structure and thickness, it indeed resembles a raw beefsteak - Yes. The red juice that comes out is sour and bitter in taste.
The steak agaric usually appears between July and November.
In 2017, the beefsteak mushroom was named the mushroom of the year!
