Beet and Corn Salad!!!


Here I share a delicious Jewish recipe that is usually prepared as an accompaniment for the shabbat dinner. This recipe makes beet salad cute in sight and has a rich taste thanks to corn, onions and vegetables


500 gr of medium size beets
1 purple onion
1 can sweet corn.
1 or 2 cloves of peeled and crushed garlic.
2 tablespoons of oil
Salt to taste
Finely chopped coriander.


Boil the beets in a saucepan with water that covers them, until ready and take them out of the pot and let them cool.

Peel the onion and cut into halves then cut into julienne .
Peel and crush garlic.
Peel and cut beets into cubes after it is at room temperature .
Finely chop coriander.
Get the water out of the corn rinse with plenty of water and let stand .

Mix beet, onion, crushed garlic and cilantro in a bowl. Add the corn, season the salad with oil and salt to taste. We mix all the ingredients .

Ready to serve as an accompaniment to a delicious meal, I love this recipe, we use olive oil for all Jewish recipes because they possess qualities that do not have the other oils and is not harmful to health.
