Purslane family like this is an edible plant with valuable nutritional contents, it helps to improve circulation and cardiovascular functioning due to its high value in Omega 3, it has anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antibacterial, diuretic, purifying properties, helps reduce the effect of free radicals, improves the menstrual cycle.
