Lupus, a dissease in sheeps clothes.

Lupus, a dissease in sheeps clothes.

For those who are not familiar with lupus, there is also not aware of what can cause this disease. Let me briefly

 say what lupus content.

Lupus disease has several forms. Lupus erythematosus, also known as lupus is a disease that attacks the body's

immune system. In other words, lupus is therefore an auto-immune disease which is not to be underestimated.

Auto-immune disease means that it disrupts the body's own immune system and so the immune system thus

turns against its own body. The purpose of the immune system is to protect the body against foreign invaders

such as viruses, bacteria ... By the immunological dysregulation immune endogenous substances can no longer

recognize body's own substances, this leads to immune responses. The body thus goes antibodies send it to the

body's own cells. These antibodies are called antinudeaire antibodies (abbreviated ANA).

Lupus can occur as a disease confined to the skin, it is called discoid lupus erythematosus (CDLE called) and

Subacute cutaneous lupus erythematosus (SCLE), or as a condition in which also affected several organs.

Then we speak of systematic lupus erythematosus, simply called SLE. In this case, the severity of the disease

really should not be underestimated, partly because of the damage to all major organs in the body.

Lupus patients often have varying in symptoms and that's  why it is so difficult to immediately recognize

this disease. The various complaints can also be found in eg. flu symptoms. Symptoms range from fatigue,

headaches, muscle aches, joint pains, fever, swollen glands, hair loss, bowel and stomach problems, weight loss, ...

The butterfly mask on the face is one of the main symptoms of lupus (SLE). SLE may even make inmobiel and

can lead to death if it is not diagnosed directly. Usually it takes years before doctors makes the

diagnosis, then it is usually too late and the damage in the body too much. Actually, the title of the article is

not correct. Lupus is a wolf in sheep's clothing, as Lupus is the Latin word for wolf.

Lupus be can examined by blood through the medical history of the patient, the patient's symptoms, tissue

biopsies, and adopt a brain scan, but that is very difficult because it has similarities to other diseases. If your

blood results are already showing an increased ANF you may already have a clue that you are indeed making

anti-substances to the body's cells, and should ring a bell for your treating physician.

Often shows a scan of the brains also plaques which may indicate Lupus, it is called neuro Lupus. This form is

the most devastating form of Lupus. This is no reason to panic, because the sooner you make the diagnosis,

the more one can restrain this progressive disease with proper medication and diet.

Most lupus patients have gastrointestinal problems and further research will show that they have a lecky gut,

Crohn's disease (severe bowel disease), celiac disease or have allergies.

Since the intestine's largest immune organ in your body ithas not surprised me, since Lupus affects major organs

and the immune system also attacks your own body (Lecky gut, Crohn's disease), you might have some allergies.

There are sometimes also other diseases, adopted by the lupus patients, such as Hashimoto's disease

(thyroid problems), disease of Adisson, severe fatique, that's why often Lupus will be diagnosed as

CFS better known as chronical fatique syndrome!

As you can see, it is really not easy to determine Lupus and many patients are mis diagnosed for years. So

often Lupus patients have a calvary with names such as CFS, Fibromyalgia received as a stamp. But what

further research brings them Lupus.

Lupus is a very unrecognized disease like other diseases such as CVS, fybromyalie that are fake diagnoses

for other underlying autoimmune diseases. Therefore, I recommend to find a good endocrinologist if you

have the feeling that you can not contact your family doctor about your complaints. Often doctors do not

know the disease and you get therefore not necessary the help and treatment that you need.

When you have questions you can always ask them ( your doctor) if you can follow these links again:
