Biden calls for help to bring science back
At least that's what the Biden administration says it hopes to achieve by asking the general public's opinion on how best to restore scientific integrity in the federal government.
The White House said on Friday that it is seeking public help over the next 30 days to bring science to the forefront of its policymaking and ultimately help restore trust in government, a task that is not easy.
“We need everyone in the United States to help protect scientific integrity and restore public confidence,” OSTP Deputy Director for Science and Society Alondra Nelson said in a statement. #140w
