Bittersweet smoked cutlet

It's my favorite food, the sour and sweet taste of this cutlet is incomparable.
Ingredients to make Bittersweet Smoked Chops:
4 smoked pork chops
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp of English sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 sprig of finely chopped chive leaves
1/2 green paprika cut into julienne
1/2 cup of black cola. (pepsi or coca) failing that malt
Corn oil for frying
1 teaspoon of good quality butter or margarine
Chicken Broth or Water.
In a frying pan put a pinch of oil and when it is hot, fry the chops until they are golden brown. Once the chops are ready, add the broth, or water (don't get too mortified), until it covers the chops, add the Worcestershire sauce and after a few moments, add the cola, once the boil breaks add the tomato paste, tablespoons of sugar and white vinegar. After about two minutes add the chives, paprika. Cook until sauce reduces and thickens until you get the desired thickness and add a teaspoon of butter for shine. If you want to thicken it a little more, you can prepare a tablespoon of cornstarch in half a cup of cold water and add to the sauce, stirring continuously until you achieve the desired texture. Serve hot with Rice.
