With only seven days in a week (and ten in a training week), it is sometimes difficult to plan the various efforts or combine them with the much-needed free time in addition to the 60+ hours of work today. Bouldering at an unsupervised moment, swimming between the nose and the water on the lips, the sporting duty at the school of the same name, some yoga and meditation to relax and stretch things up and, of course, the miles.

One day off on Monday and one with a sauna subscription. In Leiden. The pleasant and the useful hand in hand, because out the door two hours before the start of our sweat date.
