Ingredients: - 2 bananas - blueberries (handful) - 2 tablespoons honey - 5 tablespoons ground or coarsely oatmeal flakes - 4 tablespoons buckwheat flour - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 150ml vegetable milk of your choice (Optional: 1 to 2 scoops of protein powder) All mix in a mixer (for example, a nutribullet) Take a small frying pan, use 1 tablespoon of oil of your choice. Reduce heat and pour the mixture into the pan. When air bubbles are formed, you can turn the pancake around. Top with some blueberries, honey and possibly some Greek yogurt. Enjoy!!! Fun fact: Buckwheat flour is easily digestible, high in protein and contains a lot of magnesium, phosphorus and potassium.
