Bokeh, atmospheric orbs in the background

Bokeh is actually a special form of blur, blur. Boke is the Japanese word for blur.

In principle, the photo on the side has a blurred background, and it falls under the Bokeh effect. The Bokey effect we mean right now is the soft light spheres you want to have in the background of the photo.

Here you see that in the drop in the background the light spots fade into spheres. Here they are very concentrated in the drop, but it does show the effect we mean by the Bokeh effect.

In this photo (by jplenio on pixabay) you can see a nice distribution of the Bokey balls. The reflexion of sunlight on the drops on the grass, and the use of a small depth of field (f of less than 2 I estimate) creates a magical atmosphere.
