#recipes    You've tried the Venezuelan pelones buns? A delicious homemade recipe that in Venezuela is prepared with meat. 
ingredients 
• 300 g of corn flour or cornstarch 
• 300 ml of water 
• ½ teaspoon salt 
• 15 g of butter 
• 400 g of meat 
• ½ teaspoon oregano 
• 2 onions 
• 2 cloves of garlic 
• 200 ml of crushed tomato 
• Black pepper and salt 
• Extra virgin olive oil
Preparation 
• Lightly heat the water, add corn flour and salt. Stir until a homogeneous mass is achieved. 
• Once mixed add butter and knead with your hands and let stand. 
• Chop the onion and garlic and sauté in a frying pan with a little olive oil for two minutes 
• Then add the crushed tomato, and a little sugar to neutralize the acidity. Let it go cooking about 10 minutes on low heat 
• Meanwhile in a bowl we place the minced meat and mix it with oregano, a little black pepper and salt. 
• Prepare a frying pan with a little olive oil, sauté the minced meat about two minutes over high heat. Then we remove it from the fire. 
• We return to the dough and make balls, introduce the finger and make a hole. Stuffed with minced meat.Again close the buns pelones, leaving the minced meat inside.
