A worker at a shipyard in the United States finds a message in a bottle that a boy wrote 33 years ago, the shipyard workers contacted through Facebook the boy's father, who died in 2009 at the age of 29.

The odds of finding a message in a bottle seem remote, as if it were a movie, but sometimes reality surpasses fiction.

And this is precisely what happened to Billy Mitchell when he was working in a shipyard on the Yazoo River, in Vicksburg, Mississippi.

“It's amazing that it happened,” Dahl said after recognizing his boy's name and handwriting.

“We received a message 33 years after Brian put it in the river,” he added.

“It's like something from a fiction novel or something you'd see on TV,” Dahl said.

“seeing Brian's lyrics from when he was 11 or 12 years old was miraculous”.
