Do you take care of your body in order to function properly? I hope so. We will be talking about healthy snacks for your hungry big kids. When I say big kids, I don’t just mean kids. In fact, I even consider myself a big kid. Why not me? I find it very exciting to be a big kid sometimes.

We will discuss healthy snacks and other variations on sugar as well as those other chemical-filled snacks that are readily available on store shelves. What can we do? What can you do for your family, and how can we live and eat better in our lives? The answer is simple: By choosing the right snacks. When I say snacks, I mean the kind of food you can just hold in between meals, just to move it to the next meal. A snack can be anything and we find that there are so many available today and that is what we will be talking about. We are very happy with the variety because you can eat healthy food all day, and not worry about what you eat. The question is, "Do you have a delicious snack that you would like to share, that you know is healthy, and not full of chemicals or sugar?" I hope so, because many of them are found there.


BANANA

Now some of the snacks I get, especially for lunch box, are bananas. It is high in potassium and is a great source of energy, especially for your children. They are really delicious food. That is what you would want for your children. You want them to be healthy enough to run away and enjoy being a child. That's a good thing about snacks. You do not want to give them full food, snacks, so that they will have enough energy to play and run and do things that children often do.
