Brandweerrug Inkcap (Coprinellus Domesticus)

Ook bekend als de Trooping inkcap of Retro inkt, is de Firerug inkcap genoemd naar een van zijn meer onderscheidende kenmerken. We kunnen deze soort meestal vinden die groeit naast een bovengrondse, myceliale mat genaamd een „ozonium” 🤓 Het ozonium krijgt een wazig, oranje uiterlijk, dus de naam „firerug”. Deze soort is te vinden in gematigde habitats in een groot deel van Europa, delen van Noord-Amerika en nu Limpopo, Zuid-Afrika 🤩🤯😁 Habitat: De firerug inkcap verschijnt in bossen en verstoorde stedelijke gebieden, maar is ook te zien in vochtige kelders en badkamers. Hij groeit graag op houtsnippers, compost, rottend hout en plantaardig afval. Helaas is deze paddenstoel giftig en kan inname tot een reeks symptomen leiden.

@Arukah Tsur so far we have managed to find about 11 different species growing in this small area. I can just imagine what all the weird and wonderful fungi will look like
