For 2 persons:

- 3 boiled eggs cut into 4 wedges
- half fresh broccoli
- 150 gr. - Spods
- 1 onion finely chop
- 35 gr. Yellow curry paste
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 150 ml vegetable broth
- can 200 gr. Lentils
- garnish with fresh basil
- sunflower oil

PREPARATION

Cook the broccoli florets and pods 4 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes. Add the curry paste and fry for 1 minute. Pour in the coconut milk and broth and warm up. Now add the drained pods and broccoli and stew it for 4 minutes. Now the lentils can be added and stew it for another 2 minutes.

Divide the curry into two deep plates. Garnish with the boiled eggs and the fresh basil.
