I made a bûche Noël with pear curd and airy chocolate butter cream

Pear curd: the recipe I used (carlaskookblog) unfortunately no longer exists. So that's why the recipe for orange curd (maybe you can adjust that to pear). What I do remember is that I used 100% pear juice from AH (stood right on the bottle). Of course, with the pear curd you do not use a grater from the peel...
