1)    Comfortable and relaxed seating

   Flights do take time and thus needs to be relaxed.  There are spacious seats that can be turned into flat beds where one can easily sleep. Armrest, headrests and plenty of legroom are available. Also, an addition of travel pillows, hammocks and footstools are available.

2)    Priority check-in

     Business-class offer a unique and fast boarding free from waiting for long queues—additionally, a priority security checkup and verification of details.

3)    Priority baggage check-in

Main Distinctions between Business Class and First Class.

i.      In terms of baggage procedures, business class entails one personal, two carry-ons, and two checked bags—all for free. While for First class, one personal bag, two carry-ons and three checked bags.

ii.      In lounges, business class customers have access to business and lounges at the airport and spa services at select airports. However, companions with no ticket are not permitted.

Contrary, the First class has access to Lounges and Star Alliance Lounges at all airports. Also, family members are allowed as guests.

iii.       For comfort Amenities, business class entails a primacy check-in desk and priority boarding. While in First class includes a priority boarding, personal assistant and limousine service to aircraft.

iv.        On dining matters, Pre-flight snacks are available for business class customers, while for First class, a fine dinner is available.

v.        For business class, it is wider and lay-flat seats, a 12'' flat screen, Wi-Fi, and entertainment on selected flights during the flight. In contrast, First-class customers have at their disposal a fully flat bed with mattress topper, 15'' flat screen, Wi-Fi and entertainment on all flights.

vi.       Flight meals for the business class include fine dining and wine, while a four-course meal is available in First class.
