Can you keep emotions to yourself for a long time?

Good morning,

Oh, three important thoughts, right?

How long do you last to keep what's in your system hidden?

What impression or message do you want to give in that?

Why wouldn't you be able to tell things the way you want them to?

Let's just say that bad news or something that is (very) hitting and/or confrontational is never fun to tell. It brings with it a certain energy and that can make both you and the other party restless.

This is because this energy stays in your system (body/thoughts). Of course, an emotion needs time to make the right translation and you yourself to think with which nuance you can best indicate this.

In some cases direct, but in most cases, cautious, tactful and with any policy.

This emotion is a signal that stays in your system, needs freedom and must also be pronounced, as an equivalent interaction should be.

Everything can be determined with posture and mimicry, a control that is transmitted by (un) visible and (un) conscious signals.

The desire is still the pursuit of truth, even if the answer may be evasive.
