Classic Carpaccio

Classic carpaccio, with Parmesan cheese, pine nuts and a little bit of arugula. I made a recipe with my own image. Of course, sharing and using is allowed.

This is a recipe that you can make to your own budget. The supermarket has ready-made packages with Carpaccio. It often contains dressing, cheese and a bag of pine nuts. You can buy it for less than 4 euro, I divide the 2 portions into 4 glasses. We think this is the tastiest carpaccio, well, we must be savages in this regard. Of course, you can also choose to get fresh carpaccio from the butcher, and fresh Parmesan cheese from the cheesemaker. Then, of course, it all costs more. I like to look in a glass, but of course it's also possible on a plate!
