This recipe I could not yet potato casserole with endive. Again something else to eat this I definitely keep in my recipe book. I had found this recipe on this blog Had followed how it was. I didn't find it hard to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg potatoes , peeled
  • 250 gr fine endive , cut and washed
  • 2 Onions , shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic , finely chopped
  • 400 gr minced beef
  • 100 gr grated cheese
  • 1 ½ dl of warm milk
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tsp sambal
  • Butter knob
  • Salt & pepper
