Bullied and on the way home

Catootje walks home alone. She's been so used to that for a few months. Last school year, she was still walking with her friends. But since Alexis is in her class, it's different. Alexis is a real bully; and she has mainly catered for her.

why? She has no idea. But she does know that her friends took sides with Alexis. She is invariably the target of harassment; in the classroom, in the square and even on the street in the last few days. Just a little more and cyberbullying is about to begin, she thinks afraid to herself.

Dad and I figured it out, you know. It's good that you're telling it now and crying for a moment. Let your tears come. We love you anyway. You are our stunner.

The fear radiates from her face when Catootje walks into the classroom.
