Challenge for all Yoorsies.
Every child causes problems from time to time. You can set the clock to that. So it's not really news when you experience that. Whether as parents, as a teacher, as a family member, as a police officer, as neighbors, or in any capacity.
But some kids are taking the cake. They make it a sport to create problems. They look for the problems. They are real troubleshooters, so to speak.
Judging by this picture alone, you wouldn't say it. However, the text in the photo, as I saw it at first, is radically obvious. I made a variant of it myself with Pixlr.
