Changes, how do you deal with it...
One jumps in with enthusiasm, happy for the new opportunities. The other one stays shivering in a corner with the idea when I make myself small and don't move, they don't see me and I don't have to change.

So instead of looking at changes with fear, look at them as new opportunities that can also turn out positively.
