Encanto, next to release on November 24, has already released its first poster. After a few months of watching the teaser, today Disney unveils the trailer for “Encanto”, its Colombia-inspired animated film.

“Welcome to Casa Madrigal”. This is how the trailer for “Encanto” begins Walt Disney Animation Studios released a preview of the film this Thursday.
In the video, we explore a magic house, see women wearing typical Colombian costumes and part of the typical flora and fauna of the Latin American country, including chigüiros, toucans and jaguars.

“Encanto tells the story of an extraordinary family, the Madrigales, who live in hiding in the mountains of Colombia, in a magical house, in a vibrant village, in a wonderful and charming place called Encanto,” says Walt Disney Animation Studios on their website.

“The magic of Enchantment has blessed all the children in the family with a unique gift, from superstrength to the power to heal, all children except one, Mirabel. But when she discovers that the magic surrounding Encanto is in danger, Mirabel decides that she, the only ordinary Madrigal, could be the last hope of her exceptional family,” adds the study.

The animated film was directed by Byron Howard, Jared Bush and Charise Castro Smith, the latter also wrote the production.

Musicalized in Carlos's voice Vives.The film features all-new songs by Lin-Manuel Miranda (” Hamilton”, “Moana”), winner of Emmy, Grammy and Tony Award, and is directed by Byron Howard (” Zootopia”, “Tangled”) and Jared Bush (Co-director of “Zootopia”), co-directed by Charise Castro Smith (screenwriter The Death of Eva Sofia Valdez) and produced by Clark Spencer e Yvett Merino.
