• ½ cup of shredded cheese of your choice
• 3 eggs
Directions
• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
• Take a pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
• Now add ½ teaspoon of garlic and half spinach in the pan.
• Saute for 3-4 minutes until it wilted.
• Add ¼ cup of cheese and stir until it gets mixed.
• Spray the 2 ramekins with cooking spray.
• Fill the ramekins with spinach cheese mixture.
• Take a pan and add 1 tablespoon of oil, remaining garlic, and spinach and cook it like before.
• Fill this mixture into another 2 ramekins.
• Crack one egg carefully on spinach mixture.
• Bake these ramekins for 15 to 20 minutes if you want slightly runny yolk.
• Sprinkle salt and pepper on it and serve with fruits.
