INGREDIENTS per person:
2 chicken breast fillets
1 slice of ham
Mozzarella cheese
Flour
2 eggs
Breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
oil
Preparation
1.- Salpimentamos the chicken fillets. The steaks sell it already packaged in any supermarket. You can also find them in any butcher shop, if you ask the butcher he will do it for you and if not, you can do it yourself at home from a whole chicken breast.
We cover one of the steaks with cheese. On top, we put a slice of cooked ham (if it does not fit whole, you can fold it in half) and on top, we cover with more cheese for sandwich. Finally cover with another chicken breast fillet

3.- We take with your fingers and firmly the chicken breast stuffed with ham and cheese, that does not fall apart or leave the filling and we passed everything first through flour, then by beaten egg, which previously we will have thrown a pinch of salt and finally breadcrumbs. We book on a plate.

When we have breaded all breasts well, freeze for 10 minutes or put in the fridge for an hour. The goal is to make the breading settle well on the chicken

5.- Fry in plenty of oil until golden brown on the outside and cooked inside. A couple of minutes. Finally, put on absorbent paper before serving with a salad or some fries.
