Since childhood I am a faithful fan of sweet chocolate cookies, that crispy chocolate flavor is a total wonder, a delicious delight. They are perfect for breakfasts and it is special to prepare them as a family, the quality is rewarding.

ingredients

• 250 g. all-purpose wheat flour

• 85 g. of butter

• 150 g. sugar

• 1 egg M

• ½ teaspoon. chemical yeast powder (4 g.)

• 1 tbsp. vanilla essence (3 ml).)

• 100 g. chocolate 70% cocoa



Preparation

• In a bowl mix the butter with the sugar and begin to beat until we get a uniform cream.

• Add the egg and vanilla essence to the mixture and continue to beat until they are integrated. In another bowl we mix the flour with the yeast and add it to the egg, butter and sugar mixture. We incorporate cocoa

• With the help of a fork we begin to integrate the dry ingredients with the liquids. When we have a kind of sand we start compacting them with our hands to form a ball. We take small portions, about 30 g. and we form a ball with our hands.

• Place the balls on baking paper or paraffin in a baking dish. We're doing the same with the rest of the dough.

• We must place the slightly separated portions on the tray that we will put in the central position of the oven, which will grow during baking. Cookies will not stay stuck, we can remove them, once baked, without problem baking paper or tray.

• With the oven previously heated to 180º C, bake the cookies for about 15 minutes, until we see that they are golden brown. Remove the cookies to a grid and let them cool before consuming them. Enjoy this delight ! #recipes
