Although Christmas has various activities, such as dinner, parties, carols, among others and that we usually do around these times, it is very important at this time to promote solidarity.
Solidarity is a virtue because through it we show ourselves united with other people, sharing their interests, concerns and needs, without necessarily having an affective bond that bind them together. That is, solidarity is a virtue because it brings us closer to people who need goodness or a helping hand in their lives.
That is why I am inviting you, from now on, to look for alternatives of solidarity that you can apply with a friend, with a neighbor, with a child or in need of the street, in short, there are so many activities, from very simple to those of greater scope, depending on your budget or economic possibility, but the most important thing is to feel that by giving, you can do it from the heart, feeling the satisfaction of helping and serving with love to another person, that I am sure will thank you.
Now I invite you to tell us how you are going to be supportive this Christmas, Particularly, I participate with other people and relatives, in my church bringing clothes, food and toys to people in street situations, I await your answer. I assure you that it will be very rewarding for everyone.

Beautiful post and message. This year i'm going to help my family because this Christmas gonna be a tough one, because we lost someone a few months ago in the family and there is a lot of grief at the moment and the person is not so going well.
