Christmas markets

When are you going and what do you want to see or experience????

Christmas markets, well for me, they could only start after Sinterklaas left for Spain. But that has now become a very old-fashioned idea, I think.


After our move to Limburg, there is no way around it, Christmas markets, they have already started. All the small neighboring German villages have their own weekend and quite frankly, they are great.

The mood at these markets is different, the whole village helps and is present, the togetherness is palpable. That means that it doesn't bother me anymore during Sinterklaas time.
