I was lucky enough to go hiking with a bunch of locals when I worked in rural China many years ago. Some of the people picked wild chrysanthemums to bring home to make tea for their families.
@Rudy Siedlecki 🌳Several specific varieties of chrysanthemums, particularly Chrysanthemum morifolium and C. indicum and their cultivars, are traditionally used to make tea. However, it's important to use only known edible tea varieties and avoid those used for insecticides or unknown ornamental types due to potential toxicity.
