Ingredients for approximately 12 slices ✅:
- 200 grams oatmeal flakes
- 3 ripe bananas
- 100 grams coconut grater
- 6 tbsp honey
- 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs

Preparation ✅:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Crush the bananas and mix with all ingredients in the food processor. Line a cake mold with parchment paper and pour the batter into the mold. Spread the batter evenly and put in the oven for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
