Colombia is just like other countries in which its cultural manifestations vary among its different regions: Antioquia, Coastal, Cundiboyacence, Tolimense-Opita, Nariñense, Santandereana, Pacifica, Valluna, Llanera and Amazonica.

We do not have a single dish that represents all Colombian gastronomy, arepa, sancocho, bandeja paisa, ajiaco santafereno, tolimense suckling, the nickname of coastal cheese, are the most representative, among others.

The Colombian diet is tubers, particularly potatoes, cassava and yams; meats such as beef, chicken, pork, fish and different wild animals depending on the region; cereals, mainly corn and rice; vegetables such as onions, garlic, chili and tomatoes; fruits such as bananas, patilla, passion fruit, fruit such as bananas, pork, passion fruit, tree tomato, avocado, mango, guava, coconut, orange and mandarin; legumes such as beans, peas, lentil and chickpeas.
