Reading exercise, the first letter, substructure

A short assignment - color the first letter of the words on the worksheet. In the Sinterklaas theme.

Do you know them? The candy letters in the Sinterklaas litter? Hard, sweet and in sweet colors.

In this worksheet, the students of the substructure will color the letters. Students must know both lowercase and capital letters. The first (lower case) letter of the word must be colored in the candies (capital letters).

For the student who needs more challenge: Color a letter, and write a word with that letter yourself.

Or let them make words with the letters on the worksheet, how many can they find if you can only use the letters once in each word? What's the longest word they can make?
