Coloring pages koala
Koalas are sooooo super cute! They look like teddy bears and you'd love to cuddle them. But unfortunately you can't because you rarely see them. That's what they call possums, but actually they're not bears,! They do have pouches, in which the baby koala stays in for about 6 months after birth.! Cozy, huh? They live in eastern Australia, sleep a lot and live mostly at night, looking for eucalyptus leaves. Only those leaves they eat, and nothing else, did you know?

What do koalas look like? Koalas tend to be gray, and the older they get, the lighter they get. Just like grandpa and grandma, hihihi. They have a big nose, a short tail (which you barely see, and they don't use for anything), a nice coat and very strong and sturdy legs. It's also nice to know that like us, they have 5 fingers per leg, and that the baby is born completely bald, it is only 2cm in size.! Do you know how much 2cm is? That's very small, so! Fortunately, he gets to grow bigger in mom's pouch for a few months, and when he's 11 months, he won't go into the world without his mom.!

Free printables. Of course you also want to colour a koala coloring page, or make a koala craft. Everyone loves koalas! That's why we've created 5 simple coloring pages here that you can color, paste or cut out. After that, when you stick the workpiece on a nicely coloured cardboard, you have a real work of art that stays beautiful for longer.

How do you print out? Save the image first (right-click) and then go to the saved folder. Usually that's the download folder or it's in your photo folder. From there, you can print the image (the printable) as you are used to. Do you have a koala coloring page decorated nicely? Then it's fun if you want to share it with us! Please send the photo to ilse@deknutseljuf.nl and your photo will be included below. Cozy, we'll make a big koala family together!
