What is Bokashi?
Bokashi is the Japanese word for well-fermented organic matter. It is a great way to efficiently convert organic waste streams into a rich soil improver. The bokashi is a kitchen bucket that fits under your countertop and in which you can process your kitchen waste into a kind of compost. Tip: Buy as many organic products as possible to prevent toxins for yourself and your plants.
What can be in the Bokashi?
