Cookies from the pan
For the grobbers there is sometimes too long between meals. That's why Anieka went into the kitchen to bake something delicious.
In the freezer are now six bags of five chocolates and five normal “oil-fried biscuit”. Just defrost and then they have a nice snack.
500 grams of flour
2 eggs
Tablespoon sugar
Snuf salt
Bag of baking powder
Spot of oil
- Water. - Yeah
For the chocolate variant four tablespoons of cocoa powder passed through.
Mix everything together by hand. It should just no longer be sticky - the amount of water depends on it. If it is a bit too wet, then a little extra flour.
Heat a good layer of oil in a frying pan.
Turn balls from the dough and press it well flat. Fry in the oil until cooked - periodically turn them over, until golden brown.
