Here I am again with a dish made by children's hands.
We make a deliciousTiramisu with raspberries. A nod to spring on this winter day...

Neededfor about 6 people:
- 2 packs of boudoirs (biscuits)
- 500 g mascarpone
- 75 g of powdered sugar
- 1 dl whippable cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- a bag of frozen raspberries
- brésiliennenootjes
- optional: raspberry liqueur


- Spoon the mascarpone, sugar and vanilla essence in a high measuring cup. Put the mixer in and whisk until the mascarpone is less solid.

- In another high measuring cup, whisk the cream into whipped cream and spour it through the mascarpone mixture.
