Tip 1

Raise thin disposable plastic cups, use small plastic ice cups (they are a bit firmer and do not tear).

Tip 2

Paper scraps as a filling give little effect, they just fly out. Slices of thin cardboard (such as packaging of tea bags, biscuits etc) are much better.
