Creamy Muesli: A Tropical Indulgence for Breakfast

Hi, I'm Evy van Evy's Cooking Arts! Today I'm sharing a new recipe in my granola series: the Creamy Muesli . This recipe is a perfect combination of creamy coconut milk and sweet mango, making for a delicious tropical breakfast that gets your day off to a good start!

  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Storage jar or bowl for serving

Ingredients:

  • Oat flakes : 100 g
  • Coconut milk : 200 ml
  • Mango : 1 ripe mango, diced
  • Chia seeds : 2 tablespoons

Preparation method:

  1. Making Basic Muesli : Mix the oat flakes with the coconut milk in a mixing bowl. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes so that the oat flakes can swell and the coconut milk can absorb properly.

  2. Add Chia Seeds : Add the chia seeds to the oat mixture and stir thoroughly. Let the mixture sit for a few more minutes so that the chia seeds can swell and form a gel-like consistency.
