What do you do with your children when you get everything close in your environment by “you know virus”? This father made the need a virtue and went to work with them creatively. And they made a fun and resourceful idea: Window decoration for above the bedroom door! Personally, I've always hated those windows above my bedroom doors. If you are a light sleeper, a lot of light comes through the window when the light goes on on on the landing. We have closed the windows with a shelf... but if I knew this idea for the kids, it would have been a really nice solution back then!

Sturdy cardboard has been used for this window decoration. Then, of course, you will also enjoy it longer. The children draw with a white pencil {or yellow if you don't have white} their own space world on this cardboard. Create stars, planets, rocket etc. With a knife, the father cut out the shapes.

Father Tim tells me, “I bought these big sheets of colored paper at a hobby shop. “ And crepe paper to put in between. I measured it with 2 cm length cut to size and then clamped between it. With “transfer frames” one can slide it behind and it stays in place. I had intended to attach with double-sided tape but was not necessary.

The children bring crepe paper to the back of the cut shapes with a stick stick. Use different colors that is the most fun to look at!
