Creole Pavilion

The pavilion Criollo traditional Venezuelan dish par excellence... tell that dates back to the eighteenth century... and that arises as the food of slaves of the time, who took what was left of the food of their masters... it is also said that its ingredients represent the three cultures present at the time...
