This is a delicious dish that I made days ago for my family was delicious and I wanted to share it around here, it is a little elaborate because there are many elements that it carries, however it is very rich and hearty, this dish is quite a tradition on the venezuelan table.
It is a complete dish consisting of carbohydrates and fats (rice and fried slices) animal protein (meat mechada) vegetable protein (caraotas) There are variations as in our case we like with egg and fried arepitas plus avocado, if they are many calories, food champions.
