Crunchy sweet potato and roasted chickpea trays

Vegetarian recipe with roasted chickpeas and sweet potatoes. You make the trays yourself by baking wraps. With the filling you can vary as much as you want!

A simple recipe with delicious ingredients. Make the recipe vegan by using a vegan Yoghurt. Of course, you can also vary the filling of the trays.
- 150 gram sweet potato (frozen)
- 100 gram chickpeas (jar)
- Mix of ½ tsp smoked paprika powder, ½ tsp curry powder and ½ tsp ground cumin
- 4 large whole wheat wraps
- 100 ml. (vegan) yogurt
- 25 grams of fresh baby spinach
- Baking tray
- Cutter shape around 10 cm
- Muffin pan
